They are made from a totally different material and there is a huge difference in finish quality between these and the soft Brown Cerra firebrick & Black Ultra Flame firebricks that come with the stove and other aftermarket Cerra board replacements.  These Fire-Tek™ firebricks are cut out individually on a on a computer controlled machine and each piece is hand finished & inspected prior to packaging. They are dimensionally very precise and the overall quality is top notch. My local customers that have installed these sure do like them & so will you!  If you don't like them, you can return them for a refund. These firebricks typically last from 5 - 10 years. Y ou will need to determine if it will work with your stove application. If you don't know if it will fit, remove and measure your existing firebrick. Your measurements should be pretty close to the measurements provided, give or take a bit. You can also find your model and serial number under the hopper lid.
