$7.95 -  EXPEDITED.  Shipping by USPS Priority.  You should get your item within 1-4 working days after it is shipped.
$23.95  EXPRESS  - USA.  Shipping is by USPS Express with tracking. You should get your item within 1-2 weekdays after it ships.
