This is a top quality sealed bearing motor replacing USSC factory part number 80473. This is the full assembly with the housing; plug n’ play assembly. Docking/Mounting gasket sold separate. We recommended replacement to ensure proper seal during installation of the combustion blower; Please see our related listings part number 88166.
